All of our sauces and curries are made by our prized chefs on the premises. The chefs at Desi Dosa Madras have all completed their hotel management and catering technology in India before joining our family restaurant. Our star chef has worked at 5 star hotels located in India, Singapore, and Malaysia and specializes not only in Indian, but in Singaporean and Malay dishes.
